Increased intensity

This past week I spent some quality time with the trainers...steping up my hours on the trainer and my efforts. Tuesday 2 hours, Wednesday 2 Hours, Thursday 2 hours and Saturday a simple hour spin...Sunday 5 hours 3.5 outside for about 56 miles with a couple of good climbs(Girl Scout Camp Hill) in Willington, CT http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1601472 (This is a great climbing hill to work on hill repeats for MT Washington) and 1+ hours back on the trainer....
...I'm expecting this week to be the same as last with a bit more intensity.
